Important Notice This document establishes the privacy disclosures, rules of use, disclaimers, and limitations that apply across the WickedYoda-operated service ecosystem. It is intended as a general policy and terms document and is not legal advice. Applicable law may provide rights or impose obligations that cannot be waived or limited by these Terms.

  1. Definitions

For purposes of this document:

  • “WickedYoda,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the person or persons operating services under the WickedYoda name and any successor operator of those Services. Use of the name “WickedYoda” in these Terms does not, by itself, represent that WickedYoda is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other particular legal entity.
  • “Services” means all websites, domains, subdomains, applications, software, systems, servers, hosted tools, utilities, bots, APIs, file services, network services, community services, dashboards, downloads, content, and other resources owned, operated, maintained, administered, or provided by WickedYoda.
  • “Covered Domains” includes, without limitation, wickedyoda.com, tyates.one, twy4.us, traveryates.com, all subdomains of those domains, and any other domain, subdomain, hostname, service endpoint, or Internet-accessible resource owned, operated, maintained, administered, or provided by WickedYoda now or in the future.
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” means any person or entity that accesses, browses, interacts with, uploads to, downloads from, communicates through, or otherwise uses any Service.
  • “WickedYoda Content” means content created, published, licensed, or otherwise made available by WickedYoda, including articles, tutorials, photographs, graphics, logos, reviews, documentation, software, scripts, configuration examples, downloads, and other materials.
  • “User Content” means files, text, images, messages, links, metadata, data, submissions, or other materials uploaded, submitted, transmitted, posted, stored, or otherwise provided by a User through a Service.
  • “Third-Party Services” means websites, applications, platforms, networks, hosting providers, analytics providers, embedded services, software, APIs, payment providers, social networks, community platforms, or other services not owned or controlled by WickedYoda.
  • “Service-Specific Terms” means additional terms, rules, notices, disclosures, or policies presented for a particular Service.
  1. Scope of Agreement and Covered Services

These Terms govern access to and use of all Services.

The Services include, without limitation, resources available through or associated with:

  • wickedyoda.com and any of its subdomains;
  • tyates.one and any of its subdomains;
  • twy4.us and any of its subdomains;
  • traveryates.com and any of its subdomains; and
  • any other domain, subdomain, hostname, IP-address-accessible service, server, application, bot, API, service endpoint, or Internet-accessible resource owned, operated, maintained, administered, or provided by WickedYoda now or in the future.

Covered Services may include, without limitation:

  • websites, blogs, articles, tutorials, guides, documentation, reviews, and educational content;
  • file hosting, file sharing, temporary storage, uploads, and downloads;
  • speed testing, latency testing, network diagnostics, DNS tools, IP tools, and other network utilities;
  • URL shortening, redirect, link-management, and related services;
  • APIs, web applications, dashboards, administrative interfaces, and automated systems;
  • Discord bots, community bots, moderation tools, role-management systems, invite systems, and other integrations;
  • scripts, configuration files, source code, software, Docker-related materials, command examples, and downloadable utilities;
  • image, photography, video, media, and document-related services;
  • authentication, identity, notification, email, and communication features;
  • monitoring, status, telemetry, logging, security, and abuse-prevention systems;
  • experimental, beta, preview, development, demonstration, or test services;
  • free, private, invitation-only, limited-access, or community-oriented services; and
  • any other digital, technical, network, hosting, community, or Internet-based service operated or provided by WickedYoda.

A Service does not need to display WickedYoda branding or use a WickedYoda-named domain to be governed by these Terms.

The inclusion or omission of a particular domain, hostname, application, feature, or Service from this document does not determine whether these Terms apply. Unless a particular Service expressly provides separate terms stating otherwise, these Terms apply to all Services operated or provided by WickedYoda.

  1. Service-Specific Terms and Order of Precedence

Some Services may provide additional Service-Specific Terms, privacy disclosures, rules, notices, or acceptable-use requirements.

Those additional terms apply together with this document. If Service-Specific Terms directly conflict with this document, the Service-Specific Terms control only for that particular Service and only to the extent of the conflict.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Service-Specific Terms supplement rather than replace these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Your continued use of a Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you use a Service on behalf of an organization, business, group, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

  1. Eligibility and Use by Minors

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. WickedYoda does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

If WickedYoda learns that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps may be taken to delete the information.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through a Service may contact WickedYoda using the contact method described in Section 49.

Part I — Privacy Policy

  1. Information We May Collect

The information collected depends on which Services you use.

6.1 Information You Provide

WickedYoda may receive information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • name or display name;
  • email address or other contact information;
  • information submitted through contact forms;
  • messages, comments, support requests, or other communications;
  • account, profile, or authentication information where a Service provides accounts;
  • Discord or other platform identifiers when interacting with an integrated bot or community Service;
  • files, images, documents, text, links, or other User Content;
  • filenames, descriptions, tags, metadata, or other information associated with uploads;
  • feedback, reports, survey responses, or suggestions; and
  • any other information you choose to provide.

Do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, or highly private information unless a particular Service specifically requests it and you are comfortable with the applicable Service-Specific Terms and privacy disclosures.

6.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use a Service, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically, including:

  • IP address;
  • date and time of access;
  • requested URLs, pages, resources, or endpoints;
  • browser type and version;
  • operating system and device information;
  • referring and destination URLs;
  • user-agent strings;
  • HTTP request and response information;
  • approximate geographic information derived from an IP address where used by a provider;
  • connection, latency, performance, and diagnostic data;
  • cookie, session, or similar identifiers;
  • error, crash, and application logs;
  • server, proxy, firewall, DNS, security, rate-limit, and abuse-prevention logs;
  • API requests and related metadata;
  • file-upload and file-download activity;
  • timestamps and activity records;
  • bot commands or automated-service interactions; and
  • other technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, or improve a Service.

An IP address and similar technical identifiers may be treated as personal information under some laws. WickedYoda therefore does not characterize such information categorically as “non-personally identifiable.”

6.3 Information from Third Parties

WickedYoda may receive information from Third-Party Services when you interact with integrations, embedded content, authentication providers, social or community platforms, hosting providers, security providers, or other connected services.

The information available to WickedYoda depends on the third party, your settings with that third party, and the permissions granted to the integration.

  1. How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • respond to inquiries, messages, reports, or requests;
  • deliver requested files, content, features, or functionality;
  • authenticate users or maintain sessions where applicable;
  • process bot commands, community functions, integrations, or automated workflows;
  • maintain system performance and reliability;
  • investigate errors, outages, abuse, security incidents, or misuse;
  • detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, spam, malware, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, scraping abuse, or other harmful activity;
  • enforce these Terms and Service-Specific Terms;
  • maintain logs and records reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or administrative purposes;
  • comply with legal obligations or lawful requests;
  • protect the rights, property, systems, users, or safety of WickedYoda or others; and
  • perform other purposes disclosed when the information is collected.

Where applicable law requires a specific legal basis for processing, processing may be based on consent, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate operational and security interests, as permitted by law.

  1. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Services may use cookies, browser storage, session identifiers, pixels, or similar technologies for purposes such as:

  • maintaining sessions;
  • remembering settings;
  • providing security functions;
  • preventing abuse;
  • measuring performance;
  • understanding Service usage;
  • enabling embedded content; or
  • supporting features provided by Third-Party Services.

You may be able to block or delete cookies through your browser or device settings. Doing so may cause some Services or features to function incorrectly or become unavailable.

Where applicable law requires consent for particular cookies or tracking technologies, consent mechanisms may be presented before those technologies are used.

Third-Party Services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  1. Analytics, Embedded Media, and Third-Party Integrations

Services may use or link to Third-Party Services, including analytics, hosting, content-delivery, embedded-media, anti-abuse, authentication, communications, social, community, or infrastructure providers.

Third parties may collect or receive information in accordance with their own policies.

WickedYoda does not control the independent privacy, security, retention, or data-use practices of Third-Party Services and is not responsible for those practices.

Users should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third parties before interacting with them.

  1. Server, Security, and Abuse-Prevention Logs

WickedYoda may maintain logs for security, diagnostics, performance, reliability, troubleshooting, incident response, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and enforcement.

Such logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps, request data, user-agent data, authentication events, error information, service interactions, file-transfer activity, or other technical metadata.

Security logging may occur even when analytics or non-essential cookies are disabled because operational and security logs can be necessary to provide and protect a Service.

  1. File Uploads and Privacy

Some Services may allow users to upload, host, store, share, or transfer files.

Unless a particular Service expressly states otherwise:

  • uploaded files should not be considered private, confidential, encrypted, permanent, or securely archived;
  • files may be accessible to anyone who possesses or discovers the applicable URL or identifier;
  • URLs may be logged, shared, indexed, cached, forwarded, guessed, exposed, or otherwise become known to others;
  • WickedYoda does not guarantee confidentiality or access control for uploaded files;
  • metadata associated with a file may be visible or retained;
  • files may be scanned, blocked, quarantined, restricted, or removed for security, abuse-prevention, legal, or operational purposes; and
  • Users should not upload passwords, private keys, medical records, financial records, government identifiers, confidential business data, or other highly sensitive information unless a particular Service explicitly states that it is designed to receive such data.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a Service is appropriate for the information you upload.

  1. Data Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and the Service involved.

WickedYoda may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the applicable Service;
  • maintain security and operational records;
  • investigate or prevent abuse;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • comply with legal obligations; or
  • preserve records reasonably necessary for legitimate operational purposes.

Temporary files may be deleted automatically or manually at any time. Any stated retention period for temporary file services is an estimate or maximum target unless expressly guaranteed in Service-Specific Terms.

Deletion from an active Service does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from logs, caches, backups, security records, or third-party systems.

WickedYoda does not guarantee that any User Content will be retained for any particular period unless a specific written Service-Specific Term expressly provides such a guarantee.

  1. Data Sharing and Disclosure

WickedYoda does not sell, rent, or trade personal information as a business practice.

Information may be disclosed:

  • to service providers or infrastructure providers as reasonably necessary to operate a Service;
  • to Third-Party Services you choose to interact with;
  • when you direct, authorize, or request the disclosure;
  • when information is publicly submitted or intentionally shared through a public Service;
  • when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, attacks, security incidents, or violations of these Terms;
  • when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, systems, or users of WickedYoda or others;
  • in response to valid legal process or as required by applicable law; or
  • in connection with a transfer, reorganization, or change in operation of a Service, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires WickedYoda to challenge, disclose, or publicly discuss a lawful request for information where doing so is prohibited or inappropriate.

  1. Privacy Requests and User Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights regarding personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other action.

Requests may be submitted through the contact method in Section 49.

WickedYoda may request reasonable information necessary to verify identity, confirm the request, locate relevant records, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

A request may be denied or limited where permitted or required by law, including where information must be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or other lawful purposes.

WickedYoda will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

  1. Do Not Track and Privacy Signals

Browsers and devices may provide “Do Not Track,” Global Privacy Control, or similar privacy signals.

Because standards and legal requirements for such signals vary, not every Service or third-party component may respond to every signal in the same manner.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a particular legally valid opt-out signal, WickedYoda intends to honor that requirement to the extent applicable to the relevant Service.

  1. Information Security

Reasonable efforts may be used to protect Services and information from unauthorized access, misuse, disruption, alteration, or destruction.

However, no website, network, server, transmission method, storage system, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

WickedYoda does not warrant that:

  • unauthorized access will never occur;
  • data will never be intercepted or disclosed;
  • files will never be lost or corrupted;
  • malware or vulnerabilities will never exist;
  • a third-party provider will never experience a breach; or
  • a Service will be continuously available.

Users are responsible for taking appropriate precautions, including maintaining backups, using strong and unique credentials, protecting authentication tokens and links, keeping software updated, and avoiding the submission of unnecessarily sensitive information.

  1. International Access and Data Processing

Services may be accessible from multiple countries and may rely on infrastructure or Third-Party Services located in different jurisdictions.

By using the Services, you understand that information may be transmitted to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where WickedYoda or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Part II — Terms of Use and Acceptable Use

  1. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, WickedYoda grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your use must not interfere with the operation, security, availability, or lawful use of a Service by others.

  1. Accounts, Credentials, Tokens, and Access Links

If a Service provides accounts, API keys, access tokens, administrative links, invitation codes, private URLs, or other credentials, you are responsible for protecting them.

You must not knowingly share credentials in a manner that violates the rules of the applicable Service.

You are responsible for activity performed using credentials under your control to the extent permitted by law.

WickedYoda may invalidate, rotate, revoke, suspend, or restrict credentials where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or enforcement.

  1. User Content and User Responsibility

You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in User Content.

You are solely responsible for User Content you upload, submit, publish, transmit, store, link, or share through a Service.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to provide the User Content and to permit the uses required to operate the applicable Service.

You must not submit User Content that violates law, infringes the rights of others, contains malicious code, or violates these Terms.

  1. Limited License to Operate Services

By providing User Content to a Service, you grant WickedYoda a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, reproduce, format, display, and otherwise handle that User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service you requested;
  • make content available to recipients or the public where you chose a sharing or public function;
  • perform technical processing such as storage, caching, resizing, conversion, transmission, malware scanning, backup, or delivery;
  • protect, troubleshoot, secure, or maintain the Service;
  • comply with applicable law; or
  • enforce these Terms.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to WickedYoda.

The license ends when the User Content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent copies remain temporarily in logs, caches, backups, legal records, security records, or third-party systems, or retention is otherwise permitted or required by law.

  1. Prohibited Use

You may not use a Service to engage in, facilitate, encourage, or knowingly support activity that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or inconsistent with the intended operation of the Service.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • violating applicable law or regulation;
  • uploading, distributing, hosting, or transmitting malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, destructive code, or malicious payloads;
  • phishing, credential theft, impersonation, fraudulent login pages, or deceptive collection of authentication information;
  • operating command-and-control infrastructure, botnets, malicious redirect systems, or other infrastructure intended to compromise third-party systems;
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, devices, systems, or data;
  • exploiting, scanning, attacking, probing, or testing systems without authorization;
  • denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, resource exhaustion, or intentional Service disruption;
  • distributing spam or unsolicited bulk communications through Services not specifically intended for that purpose;
  • evading access controls, bans, rate limits, authentication requirements, or security mechanisms;
  • scraping, crawling, automation, or bulk access that creates unreasonable load, circumvents controls, or violates a Service-Specific Term;
  • uploading or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • distributing stolen credentials, stolen data, unlawfully obtained confidential data, or unlawfully accessed personal information;
  • publishing private information about another person without lawful authority or permission;
  • threats, targeted harassment, stalking, or conduct intended to facilitate physical harm;
  • child sexual abuse material or any other illegal sexual exploitation content;
  • using the Services to facilitate illegal trafficking, fraud, extortion, or other unlawful conduct;
  • misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in a manner intended to deceive or harm;
  • interfering with another User’s lawful use of a Service;
  • attempting to bypass technical restrictions intended to protect the Services; or
  • using a Service in any manner that reasonably creates material legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for WickedYoda or other users.

This section does not prohibit legitimate security research, administration, diagnostics, or testing performed on systems you own or are expressly authorized to test, provided your actions do not target WickedYoda infrastructure without permission and do not violate applicable law.

  1. Security Research, Network Testing, and Cybersecurity Content

Some Services or WickedYoda Content may discuss network scanning, packet analysis, firewall configuration, DNS, routing, vulnerability testing, penetration-testing concepts, remote administration, system hardening, or other cybersecurity topics.

Such information is provided for lawful, authorized, educational, administrative, and defensive use.

Nothing published or provided by WickedYoda grants permission to access, scan, test, modify, disrupt, intercept, or attack a third-party system.

You are responsible for obtaining all required authorization before performing testing or administrative activity on systems you do not own.

The existence of technical instructions, scripts, examples, or tools does not constitute authorization to use them against any particular system.

  1. Moderation, Removal, and Enforcement

WickedYoda may, but is not obligated to, review, restrict, quarantine, disable, block, remove, or delete User Content or access to a Service when reasonably believed necessary for:

  • security;
  • abuse prevention;
  • legal compliance;
  • rights protection;
  • Service stability;
  • investigation of violations; or
  • enforcement of these Terms.

WickedYoda is not required to provide advance notice before taking action where immediate action is reasonably appropriate.

Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.

  1. File Hosting and Temporary Storage

File-hosting or temporary-storage Services are provided for convenience and are not archival or backup systems unless expressly stated otherwise.

Files may be removed automatically or manually at any time, including because of:

  • expiration;
  • storage limits;
  • maintenance;
  • inactivity;
  • security concerns;
  • abuse reports;
  • technical failures;
  • changes to the Service;
  • legal requests; or
  • violations of these Terms.

WickedYoda does not guarantee preservation, availability, recoverability, integrity, confidentiality, or continued accessibility of uploaded files.

Users must maintain their own copies of important data.

  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

WickedYoda respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe material available through a Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice through the contact method in Section 49.

A notice should provide enough information to allow the issue to be evaluated, which may include:

  • identification of the copyrighted or protected work;
  • identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • your contact information;
  • a statement explaining the basis of your claim;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and
  • any additional information required by applicable law.

WickedYoda may remove or restrict access to material while a complaint is reviewed and may take action against repeat or serious infringers where appropriate.

Nothing in this section represents that WickedYoda has registered a designated DMCA agent, qualifies for any particular statutory safe harbor, or waives any right, defense, limitation, or procedure available under applicable law.

If WickedYoda publishes separate DMCA-agent or copyright-notice information, that information will control the method for submitting notices covered by it.

Part III — WickedYoda Content, Technical Guidance, and Third Parties

  1. Ownership of WickedYoda Content

Unless otherwise stated, WickedYoda Content is owned by WickedYoda or used with permission.

Applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws may protect WickedYoda Content.

You may view and use WickedYoda Content for personal, informational, educational, and lawful non-commercial purposes unless a particular item is distributed under a different license.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, falsely attribute, commercially exploit, or create misleading derivative representations of WickedYoda Content without permission except where allowed by law or an applicable license.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable fair-use or similar rights.

  1. Software, Scripts, Commands, and Configuration Examples

WickedYoda may publish or provide software, scripts, command-line instructions, Docker configurations, configuration files, code snippets, automation examples, firewall rules, networking examples, or similar technical materials.

Unless a separate license is provided, such materials are provided for informational and educational use subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing commands and code before executing them.

You should not run commands, scripts, or configurations that you do not understand on production, critical, or irreplaceable systems.

Examples may require modification for your environment and may become outdated as operating systems, packages, APIs, vendors, or other dependencies change.

  1. AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

WickedYoda Content may be created, edited, formatted, summarized, researched, or otherwise assisted by artificial-intelligence tools.

AI tools may be used to improve grammar, clarity, organization, formatting, research workflows, code review, or drafting.

AI-assisted material may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or generated content that appears plausible but is inaccurate.

Where WickedYoda performs hands-on testing, independent research, or personal evaluation, reasonable efforts may be made to distinguish experience and opinion from generated assistance. However, Users remain responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.

  1. Informational and Educational Use Only

WickedYoda Content and Services are provided primarily for informational, educational, experimental, community, and personal-use purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Content may reflect personal experience, testing, opinion, experimentation, or configuration choices that are specific to a particular environment.

Information that worked in one environment may not be safe, appropriate, compatible, or effective in another.

WickedYoda does not guarantee that information is complete, current, accurate, suitable, or free from error.

You are responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for your circumstances.

  1. Technical Risk Acknowledgment

Technical guidance may involve:

  • routers and networking equipment;
  • DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing;
  • firewall rules and security controls;
  • OpenWrt, Linux, Windows, macOS, or other operating systems;
  • containers and virtualization;
  • Docker, storage volumes, mounts, and persistent data;
  • servers and self-hosted applications;
  • cloud or remote systems;
  • firmware, bootloaders, drivers, or hardware;
  • databases, APIs, automation, and scripts;
  • authentication, certificates, cryptography, or secrets; and
  • other advanced configurations.

Incorrect commands or configuration changes may cause:

  • data loss;
  • loss of connectivity;
  • lockout;
  • degraded performance;
  • system instability;
  • corrupted filesystems;
  • broken applications;
  • security vulnerabilities;
  • unintended exposure of services;
  • hardware malfunction; or
  • other damage or disruption.

Before making changes, you should understand the commands involved, verify current documentation, confirm compatibility, maintain working backups, preserve recovery credentials, and have a tested rollback or recovery method.

  1. Backup and Recovery Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data, configuration, credentials, systems, devices, and User Content.

A backup should not be assumed to be usable merely because it exists. Users should verify backups and recovery procedures before making potentially destructive changes.

WickedYoda is not responsible for loss resulting from missing, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, outdated, or untested backups.

  1. No Professional Relationship

Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser, consultant-client, fiduciary, managed-service, technical-support, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship between you and WickedYoda.

Technical explanations, opinions, troubleshooting suggestions, examples, and communications are not a substitute for professional services where professional advice is appropriate.

No communication through a Service is confidential or privileged merely because it is sent to WickedYoda unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

  • HARDWARE DAMAGE OR FAILURE;
  • SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION;
  • SECURITY VULNERABILITIES;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS;
  • MALWARE OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE;
  • EXPOSED OR LOST FILES;
  • INVALID, OUTDATED, OR INCOMPATIBLE TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS;
  • RELIANCE ON CONTENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS;
  • LOSS OR EXPIRATION OF USER CONTENT;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WickedYoda and the operators, administrators, contributors, agents, and service providers acting on its behalf from claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your misuse of a Service;

  • your infringement or violation of another person’s rights;

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the applicable state law governing the operator of WickedYoda, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s law, except where applicable consumer or privacy law requires otherwise.

Unless applicable law requires a different location, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving the principal location of the WickedYoda operator.
